Trampoline Classes
Our trampoline sessions are suitable for complete beginners, those wishing to improve their skills for competition or bragging rights.
Please call to book a place at any of the sessions below.
Each session begins with a warm up and stretch.
Gymnasts are split into groups to go onto the trampoline
with no more than 4 gymnasts to a bed.
Each gymnasts then works at their own pace through the
British Gymnastics Award Scheme.
Sessions finish with a cool down.
Children can attend from age four once they start school.
We offer the following sessions
Monday 4:15pm-5:15pm
Monday 5:30pm-6:30pm
Monday 6:45pm-7:45pm
Tuesday 4:15pm-5:15pm
Tuesday 5:30pm-6:30pm
Tuesday 6:45pm-7:45pm
Wednesday 4:15pm-6:15pm
Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm
Wednesday 6:45pm-7:45pm
Wednesday 8:00pm-9:00pm
Following 2 taster sessions priced at £15, club membership is required.
This costs £65 for 2021-2022 and includes
annual British Gymnastics insurance.
Sessions are paid monthly in advance and
cost £25 per month for 1 session per week via bank transfer.
