Sunday 23rd June 2019 was our in house Trampoline Competition for Club Members.

It was fantastic to see every ability take part and join in this amazing day.

As a sports club that has been running for 15 years coach education is something that is constantly on our radar. The focus is always what do those attending the club need in order to progress in the discipline they currently do as well as looking forward and anticipating potential new disciplines...

A few months back British Gymnastics got in touch with us to tell us they had 2 places available for a girls coaches camp that the Youth Sort Trust were running. They had looked up and down the country to see who would benefit from this the most and we are so proud that they chose our own young leader and assistant coach Ellen for one of those places. The weekend took place at Loughborough University where 120 girls from across the country came together to develop their skills and coaches and leaders...

Sports Relief Week

As a community club that supports many groups and individuals each week to access a sport they love we are always keen to support other organisations that help vulnerable people. We ran Preston’s first Sport Relief mile back 2006 and have been enthusiastically involved ever since.

The Easter Holidays are fast approaching and we have been busy planning our FUN BOUNCE sessions and working out our holiday dates where club is closed.
